When building a speaker box it is of most inportance that it is stabile and compleatly sealed. It is recomended to use a softer board then MDF because the MDF:s material resonance is 400Hz witch could have bad influences on sound quality. If the cutting of the material is perfect a c/c-measure between screews are 30cm if the cutting is not perfect place screews 15cm appart. The lengt of the screews should be 3 times the material thickness. Allways use a lot of glew. If you are making a box with woofers inside make one side openable. Use twice as many screws and use a rubber shield.
